Role: Engineering Manager - Backend

You will lead backend engineering efforts, managing product development end-to-end while owning technical architecture and engineering decisions. This role blends hands-on coding expertise with people management skills.

What You Need to Be a HODLer Of

• Highly technical with strong backend coding skills, yet an effective people manager
• Skilled at cross-functional communication and driving engineering projects
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one product domain
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical teams, including performance management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of product development and delivery
• Lead backend architecture decisions and guide the engineering team
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, growth managers, and developers in an Agile setup
• Mentor and motivate engineers, providing timely feedback and fostering growth
