Overview:
Adyen, a leading global fintech platform powering brands like Meta, H&M, and Uber, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive large-scale merchant acquisition and accelerate business growth in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with enterprise merchants
- Sell Adyen’s payment, data, and financial products across verticals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams
- Partner with tech leaders and solution providers to deliver tailored, innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise/B2B sales
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for tech, innovation, and results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in fintech or payments industry preferred
