Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role
Canva is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help scale Canva’s B2B solutions across large organizations. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing full-cycle sales, and building lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong record of selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in SaaS, with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account planning to identify high-value opportunities and craft tailored sales approaches.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
- Drive pipeline growth and forecasting through Salesforce and other tools, ensuring data visibility and sales performance tracking.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases, leveraging Canva’s creative worksuite (presentations, whiteboards, docs, etc.).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure alignment and deliver customer value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to encourage product adoption and long-term client retention.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and refine the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles, including complex negotiations.
- Strong skills in navigating large organizations, aligning with multiple decision-makers, and addressing complex business challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong business acumen, organization, and pipeline management using tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Background in design, creative tools, or productivity software is a plus.
- Experience working in hyper-growth companies or cross-functional GTM environments.

This role is part of Canva’s growing Sales & Success team, focused on empowering organizations to scale creativity through Canva’s Enterprise platform. The team works collaboratively across departments to deliver integrated design and collaboration tools to customers around the world.
