Role Overview

You’ll lead Enterprise Marketing efforts in India, one of ElevenLabs’ largest and fastest-growing markets. Working closely with the India GM and global teams, you’ll shape the local strategy to drive leads, nurture pipeline, and localize content and campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt global campaigns to resonate with Indian enterprise customers
• Create sales collateral, thought leadership, and nurture sequences
• Run webinars, events, and evaluate sponsorship/partnership opportunities
• Work with performance marketing team on retargeting, ABM, and lead gen
• Drive brand awareness and enterprise consideration through localized efforts

Ideal Candidate

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Bring 8+ years of enterprise marketing or growth experience
• Have deep familiarity with the Indian B2B/tech market
• Are excellent at copywriting and creating persuasive content
• Understand product positioning and customer segmentation
• Can analyze marketing impact using Google Sheets and SQL
• Work autonomously and take initiative

Bonus Skills

• Proficient in one or more of:
• Cold email outreach
• SEO
• Affiliate marketing
• Performance marketing
• Product and design sense a plus
