As we expand, we seek a highly experienced Executive Protection Program Manager to ensure the security of our executives, employees, and events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage Discord’s Executive Protection program, overseeing contract crypto remote jobs security teams, developing policies, and maintaining high safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis to protect Discord executives, employees, and assets within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Oversee and manage security budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation for executive protection and crypto industry-related events.
• Work with the Marketing Team to develop event security plans tailored for crypto conferences, DeFi platform summits, and blockchain networking events.
• Plan and implement travel security for Discord executives, including those attending Web3 and NFT events worldwide.
• Monitor and mitigate emerging risks affecting crypto jobs, DeFi platforms, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Administrative Business Partners, law enforcement, and government agencies, to ensure compliance and security best practices.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in executive protection, cybersecurity, law enforcement, military, or security management.
• Experience securing Web3, DeFi, and cryptocurrency leaders at international blockchain events.
• Strong background in threat assessment, risk mitigation, and security planning within the crypto industry.
• Experience managing and analyzing security budgets, especially for crypto jobs remote and digital asset firms.
• Comfort working in remote crypto jobs settings and collaborating with global teams across time zones.
• Ability to track, evaluate, and respond to online threats within the crypto community.
• Experience coordinating logistics for executive business and personal travel to blockchain summits, crypto conferences, and NFT expos.

• Familiarity with Discord and its role in crypto jobs, Web3 jobs remote, and DeFi platforms.
• Experience working with high-profile executives in the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and cryptocurrency industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($167,000 - $184,000) + equity + benefits.
