About the Role

The Executive Recruiting Researcher will be part of Coinbase's Executive Recruiting Research team, which collaborates with the executive leadership and recruiting teams to identify and recruit top-tier leadership talent globally. As an Executive Researcher, you will develop strategies for talent mapping, intelligence gathering, and candidate engagement to attract the industry's best executives to Coinbase.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Identify and build a pipeline of potential candidates for executive roles, assessing their fit against specific job requirements.
• Market Insights: Provide deep insights into the external talent market, helping guide recruitment strategies for leadership positions.
• Diversity Sourcing: Lead diversity sourcing efforts, ensuring that we hire a diverse and inclusive leadership team and continue to improve diversity at leadership levels.
• Search Strategy Development: Assist in developing job descriptions, search strategies, and target company lists.
• Talent Mapping: Conduct in-depth talent mapping, identifying industry leaders and emerging talent.
• Collaborative Support: Partner with Executive Recruiters and other teams to manage executive searches from start to finish, including kickoffs, agency contracts, and Greenhouse support.
• Industry Expertise: Build and maintain expertise in relevant industries and functions to keep informed about the best leadership talent.
• High-Level Candidate Engagement: Provide insightful candidate profiles and serve as a trusted thought partner to the Executive Recruiting team.

What We Look for in You

• Self-Starter: You take initiative, are eager to learn, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an executive sourcer or researcher, ideally in a high-growth environment, such as an industry or executive search firm.
• Strong Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research, identify key talent, and provide valuable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality: Experience managing sensitive information with discretion.
• Talent Mapping Expertise: Solid experience with talent mapping strategies to identify high-level candidates.

Salary Range: $95,030 USD - $111,800 USD (Annual)

Full-time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus, equity, and benefits.
