About the Role

The Specialist, FCM plays a key role within our FCM Operations team, supporting our US Futures business through critical back-office functions. This includes managing futures trade flow, position and margin monitoring, regulatory reporting, and operational analytics.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Risk, Accounting, Compliance, and Engineering teams while helping automate processes, enhance reporting, and support new product launches.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile cash, positions, and trades across external counterparties
• Generate internal and external reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor customer account activities for positions and margin requirements
• Build automated tools to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve business problems and execute projects
• Document internal policies and procedures
• Analyze large data sets to support custom reporting and insights

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in finance, fintech, or related fields (with FCM or broker-dealer operations exposure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of listed derivatives and basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets
• Project management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience at a publicly traded or tech-forward financial company
• Familiarity with XTP systems or similar trading platforms
• Curiosity or foundational knowledge of the digital asset economy
