Role Overview

The Fiat Business Development Manager will lead efforts in growing Binance’s fiat operations in the region by building and managing relationships with global and local partners, overseeing operations, and driving user growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage new global and local partners.
• Negotiate business terms and onboard new partners and channels.
• Own the management of regional fiat business, working closely with internal teams (operations, product, regulators).
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and payment partners; oversee regulatory and licensing matters.
• Manage fiat operations to ensure seamless on/off ramp services.
• Lead local fiat user acquisition and business development initiatives.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to optimize product, marketing, and operations strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or sales roles.
• Data-savvy with an understanding of marketing and operations metrics.
• Strong team player with problem-solving skills and results-driven attitude.
• Passionate about crypto and digital assets.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or Web3 companies is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective coordination with partners and stakeholders.
