📌 Role Overview

• Position: User Growth Marketing Manager (Strategy) – Fiat Team
• Location: Remote (Dubai, UAE)
• Focus: Lead global growth strategies for Binance’s fiat ecosystem (acquisition, activation, retention)
• Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with BD, Product, Marketing, Regional teams

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize multi-channel user acquisition and retention strategies (KOLs, social media, SEO/ASO, referrals, communities)
• Lead full user journey management: acquisition → activation → retention → conversion
• Track and analyze key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, retention rates, viral coefficient
• Run A/B tests and iterate growth models rapidly
• Customize growth plans based on local market insights
• Collaborate globally to implement growth strategies effectively

✅ Requirements

• 8+ years experience in user growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven success in global markets (MENA, LATAM, SEA, Africa, etc.)
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in growth tools & KPIs
• Background in internet, Web3, or fintech preferred
• Excellent communication in English; multilingual skills a plus
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on approach
