Overview:

PepsiCo India is seeking energetic and driven Field Sales Trainees across multiple states to join its sales force. This on-ground role provides real-time exposure to the FMCG industry, helping you develop key sales capabilities while working closely with distributors and field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive market execution
• Support distributor performance and product availability
• Monitor KPIs of Pre-Sales Representatives (PSRs)
• Identify and report emerging market trends
• Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure timely PSR salary processing and distributor alignment
• Promote a high-performance team culture
