About the Role

Join Crypto.com’s dynamic Finance & Accounting (F&A) team, where you’ll work across financial control, business performance, treasury, and digital asset management. As a Finance Data Analyst, you’ll help ensure data integrity, support treasury reporting, and drive workflow optimization in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure alignment across systems
• Extract, verify, and analyze financial and risk-related data from various sources
• Monitor digital asset balances, trace asset movements, and ensure accurate records
• Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports
• Assist in developing and streamlining financial workflows and automation tools
• Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to support day-to-day financial operations
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Prior experience in banking, FinTech, or crypto/blockchain industries preferred
• Demonstrated data analysis and basic programming skills
• Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas), VBA, Tableau is a plus
