Financial Accountant/ Manager (Astana) (12 months contract)

• Position: Financial Accountant / Manager
• Location: Astana, Kazakhstan
• Contract: 12 months, Full Time
• Salary Range: $100k–$200k/year

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closings and reporting for the CIS region using NetSuite (Oracle)
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory and tax reports in compliance with local laws
• Maintain accurate record-keeping in 1C, and reconcile with Oracle systems
• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, and consultants
• Support planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Drive compliance with IFRS, tax codes, and Binance’s internal policies
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and process improvements
• Ensure archiving and reconciliation of all financial documentation

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in crypto or finance
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Kazakhstan tax code
• Proficiency in 1C and Excel; experience with NetSuite (Oracle) is a plus
• Fluency in Russian and English
• Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or DipIFR preferred
• Background in Big 4 accounting firms is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
