• Role: Senior Financial Analyst – Business Partnership

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning for headcount, operations, and expenses across Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Talent teams
• Design and build dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to support senior leadership decisions
• Drive cost-benefit analyses to influence investments and resource allocation
• Translate financial insights into clear, strategic recommendations
• Partner across departments to improve forecasting tools and financial processes

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or consulting (e.g., finance analyst roles in tech, corporate, or startup environments)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency is a must)
• Ability to simplify complex financial topics for executive-level stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial planning fundamentals
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

📍 Location Requirement

Must reside in or be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area (covering counties like SF, Alameda, Santa Clara, etc.)
