🔍 About the Role

Join Binance, the global leader in blockchain and crypto innovation, as a Financial Crime Investigator. This role is at the forefront of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) efforts within the digital asset space. You'll be investigating suspicious activity, supporting SAR filing processes, and helping ensure compliance across international jurisdictions.

🚨 Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into suspicious activity
• File and review SARs, maintaining escalation and off-boarding logs
• Work with tools like Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, and World-Check
• Escalate suspicious cases to senior compliance/MLROs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve case quality and compliance consistency
• Stay current with crypto regulation and AML trends

✅ You Should Have

• 3–5 years in AML investigations or audit/compliance in fintech/finance
• Experience filing SARs and navigating ambiguous regulatory scenarios
• Strong analytical, time management, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with compliance software and blockchain investigation tools
• A degree in Business, Legal, or related fields
