🔹 About the Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial reporting accuracy under IFRS, advising on technical accounting for complex transactions, and contributing to financial, regulatory, and ESG reports. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, especially with legal, tax, risk, and compliance teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Lead technical accounting analysis for new products and global expansion
• Support management reporting, ESG, and regulatory disclosure processes
• Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and regulations
• Partner with business teams to translate transaction impacts into reports
• Co-lead the Annual Report process

🔹 Ideal Candidate

• 4–7 years experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit
• Holds a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, RA, etc.)
• Familiarity with IFRS 9 and financial/banking industry experience
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and unstructured environments
• Skilled in project management and stakeholder collaboration
• A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who challenges the status quo
