Role Overview

This is a temporary, high-impact admin role supporting VP+ leaders at Discord while they are on parental leave. You’ll rotate between teams, ensuring leaders have seamless support across scheduling, projects, communication, and travel. The job requires strong adaptability, quick onboarding, and the ability to drive clarity in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and operational support to rotating VP+ leaders
• Act as a trusted partner, quickly learning each team’s goals and challenges
• Manage meetings, take notes, track follow-ups and action items
• Coordinate travel (domestic/international), complete expense reports
• Drive internal initiatives and cross-functional communication
• Ensure smooth transitions and continuity across leadership functions

What You Should Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in administrative roles supporting executives
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail)
• Familiarity with Asana, Notion, or similar tools
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and communication skills
• High discretion, sound judgment, and comfort with ambiguity
