This US-based, temporary role demands adaptability, confidentiality, and strong project management skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, helping ensure a seamless transition and continuity across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner across various teams and leadership functions.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Capture meeting notes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely execution.
• Handle expense reporting and cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of administrative support, ideally for VP+ roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Suite, Asana or Notion.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
