💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a Floating Administrative Business Partner to provide dynamic, high-level support to various VP+ leaders across Discord, particularly during parental leaves. This is a temporary U.S.-based role requiring exceptional adaptability and project management skills to help drive continuity and operational excellence across teams.

📌 Responsibilities

• Seamlessly support a rotation of leaders as a trusted, strategic administrative partner.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with precision and discretion.
• Organize travel logistics (domestic/international) and handle expense reports.
• Support internal initiatives and projects, acting as a liaison between leadership and teams.
• Capture meeting notes, track key action items, and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with other admin professionals to ensure smooth team operations.

🧠 What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience supporting VP-level or executive leadership.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives in fast-paced settings.
• Proven experience handling confidential information with care.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Calendar, Gmail).
• Familiarity with Asana, Notion, or similar project management tools.
