Rain builds the infrastructure enabling stablecoins for real-world uses such as credit card transactions, cross-border payments, and B2B purchases, partnering with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions

globally.

Role Overview:

Work closely with customers, compliance, finance, engineering, and executives to deliver complex solutions. Help drive technical roadmap and architectural decisions as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship complex offerings
• Influence technical and architectural direction

Qualifications:

• 3-10+ years software development experience
• Self-driven and proactive with a builder mentality
• Strong communication, coding, and strategic skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Fintech or SaaS experience
