• Title: Frontend Engineer – Cloud Team
• Location: Remote (Based in Taipei, but no relocation required)

• Focus: Cloud Exchange platform UI, performance optimization, developer tooling

💼 Role Overview

This position is highly technical and frontend-heavy, with an emphasis on deep knowledge of JavaScript ecosystems, UI frameworks (React/Vue), Node.js, and performance tooling. Unlike traditional frontend roles, this one involves infrastructure-level frontend engineering, including mono-repo management, SSR, Micro Frontends, and build tools like Webpack, ESBuild, Vite, etc.

🧠 Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend applications for Binance's Cloud Exchange products
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into high-performance UI solutions
• Optimize for performance, security, and stability
• Evaluate new frontend technologies and refine internal development tooling
• Contribute to the architectural direction of frontend systems

✅ Required Skills

• JavaScript & Node.js: Master-level knowledge, including server-side rendering and full-stack JS development
• Framework Expertise: Deep understanding of React or Vue internals
• Build Tools: Expertise with ESBuild, Webpack, Parcel, Vite, and bundler configurations
• Tooling: Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, mono-repo management, and micro-frontend architecture
• Performance & Monitoring: Strong focus on frontend performance optimization and error tracking

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Maintainer/contributor to open-source frontend libraries or tools
• Demonstrated thought leadership in frontend architecture or tooling
• Backend-capable with server-side Node.js experience
