Role: General Counsel

You will lead CoinDCX’s legal strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with Indian and international laws while supporting the evolving Web3 ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years in legal practice, including 5+ years in legal leadership
• Experience across multiple industries, preferably fintech and digital domains
• Exposure to litigation and cross-geography legal work is a plus
• Strong skills in negotiation, contract drafting, and managing teams
• LL.B from a reputable Indian law college (additional law degrees preferred)
• Commercial acumen recognized by peers and senior management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead contract negotiations for partnerships, vendors, and collaborations
• Oversee corporate governance and ethical compliance
• Manage disputes and external counsel relationships
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes in the crypto, VDA, and Web3 spaces
