🧩 Role Purpose:

As General Manager of Binance Uzbekistan, you’ll drive regulatory strategy, government engagement, and business alignment in the country. You’ll be the key point of contact for regulators and government officials, helping Binance navigate the local regulatory environment while contributing to business growth and compliance.

🏛️ Key Responsibilities:

💼 Government & Regulatory Relations:

• Build and manage relationships with regulatory bodies and government officials
• Organize meetings and advocate on behalf of Binance's interests
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate timely responses

🧭 Strategic Regulatory Alignment:

• Develop and execute an annual strategic stakeholder plan
• Align local regulatory efforts with Binance’s global business priorities

📈 Business & Revenue Growth:

• Secure fiat banking relationships in Uzbekistan
• Identify new revenue opportunities through enhanced regulatory ties

🧠 Industry Advocacy & Engagement:

• Participate in national discussions on crypto custody, liquidity, licensing, and broader fintech policy
• Advocate for a favorable local regulatory framework

🛡️ Compliance & Risk Management:

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment
• Provide internal guidance on regulatory developments and risk

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or regulatory affairs
• Deep knowledge of Uzbekistan's financial and regulatory environment
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain trends is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
• Strategic, hands-on, and results-driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
