Binance is hiring a Global Affiliate Manager to lead and expand its affiliate marketing network. You’ll manage top-tier KOLs, influencers, and partners to drive user acquisition and platform growth. This role requires hands-on outreach, affiliate performance analysis, campaign management, and collaboration across departments to optimize results.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Expand global affiliate network via outreach to influencers, YouTubers, media
• Manage key affiliates: analyze performance, provide ROI-driven strategies
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns with internal teams
• Monitor fraud and competitor strategies, adjusting tactics accordingly
• Work with developers to enhance internal tools and analytics

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience managing large affiliate programs (crypto/fintech preferred)
• Strong business development, marketing, or PR background
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Excellent with data, communication, and partner negotiations
• Comfortable working across time zones and remote teams
