🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Binance’s global regulatory legal affairs, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions
• Develop and refine the global regulatory legal strategy aligned with international laws
• Manage and guide the global regulatory legal team, fostering cross-region collaboration
• Liaise with regulators worldwide to build constructive relationships and advance Binance’s interests
• Oversee regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and approvals globally
• Provide expert legal advice on regulatory matters impacting products and operations
• Monitor global regulatory developments and advise senior management on compliance and strategy
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, audits, and enforcement actions
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, business, and product teams to integrate regulatory considerations
• Drive regulatory training and awareness programs within the organization
• Manage external legal counsel and consultants as needed
• Oversee team operations, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with international regulatory experience
• 12-15+ years in regulatory legal roles, preferably in technology, finance, or crypto sectors
• Proven track record in handling complex regulatory compliance and multi-jurisdictional engagements
• Deep knowledge of financial products including spot/derivatives trading, payments, and digital assets
• Experience developing and executing global regulatory strategies in dynamic environments
• Leadership experience managing high-performing, multi-regional legal teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluency in English required
• Deep understanding of crypto industry regulatory landscape globally
• Business acumen with pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
