🎯 Core Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job needs and hiring strategies
• Source, screen, and engage talent across platforms
• Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruiting (phone screening, interviews, feedback loops)
• Maintain and optimize ATS tracking and candidate data
• Own candidate experience, ensuring clear communication
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
• Support cross-functional HR or People Ops projects as needed

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience
• Preferably from tech, fintech, or Web3/Crypto environments
• Excellent communication + relationship-building skills
• Able to work independently in fast-paced, remote settings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure

• Experience hiring for Web3/Crypto roles
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Exposure to global recruiting or working across multiple time zones
