Coinbase is reimagining the global financial system by building the most trusted onchain platform. As Group Product Manager (Platform), you will lead a high-impact team focused on scaling enterprise experiences across Coinbase products. This includes building robust business onboarding solutions, Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Travel Rule infrastructure that drives industry leadership.

You’ll work cross-functionally and directly influence Coinbase’s platform strategy—owning the roadmap, vision, and execution while collaborating with senior leadership including Coinbase’s CEO and Executive Team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 product managers across onboarding, IAM, and enterprise platform features
• Drive strategic initiatives to scale Travel Rule and compliance offerings
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and present product strategy to executive leadership
• Define key success metrics and lead execution on high-impact B2B platform features

• Proven success in leading senior PMs and building high-performing product orgs
• Exceptional communication and strategic leadership skills
• Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle in high-growth or enterprise-focused environments
• Strong background in B2B, enterprise onboarding, and IAM systems
• Passion for crypto, decentralized systems, and the Coinbase mission

💵 Compensation: $243,865–$286,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits
