As a Group Product Manager (Platform) at Coinbase, you will lead a team of 4–5 Product Managers focused on building foundational enterprise and business infrastructure—including Business Onboarding, Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Travel Rule compliance.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to Coinbase’s executive leadership (including CEO Brian Armstrong and the Executive Team). It demands strategic ownership and execution excellence across B2B enterprise product lines and infrastructure.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of senior-level Product Managers
• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise platform components
• Scale Travel Rule compliance features and reinforce Coinbase’s market leadership
• Deliver seamless business onboarding and enterprise IAM experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, compliance, design, and executive leadership

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing senior Product Managers
• Deep ownership of vision, strategy, and execution across complex product ecosystems
• Track record of working in high-stakes, cross-functional environments
• Strong executive communication skills (especially with C-level leaders)
