• Team/Focus: You’d be leading the go-to-market and strategic marketing vision for Discord's Profile Shop—essentially a digital goods marketplace with high-profile IP collaborations.

• Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with Product to create and execute a long-term growth roadmap for the Shop.
• Content & Partnerships: Drive IP/content partnerships (e.g., SpongeBob, Valorant), plus own co-marketing and content drop planning.
• Merchandising & GTM Execution: Improve shop discoverability, conversion, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
• Team Management: Lead and expand a small marketing team.
• Revenue Focus: Direct accountability for achieving annual revenue targets.

💰 Compensation

• Base Salary: $256,000–$288,000 USD/year.
