Role Overview

Crypto.com is looking for a Growth Data Scientist/Analyst to join its Growth team and support strategic user acquisition and engagement efforts. This role combines data science, analytics, and business strategy to optimize marketing performance, enhance campaign insights, and support data-informed growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain real-time dashboards for acquisition and engagement (influencer, affiliate, VIP, organic, paid media, etc.)
• Build predictive models (e.g., time series, recommender systems) to inform growth and marketing strategies
• Perform deep-dive analyses to extract actionable insights from complex data sets
• Automate data processes to improve operational efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to drive data-driven decision-making
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously explore new tools and techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in analytics or data science (crypto experience is a plus)
• Proficient in SQL, and familiar with Tableau or other BI tools
• Experience using Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with UA/CRM concepts and campaign attribution tools like Appsflyer, SensorTower, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills — ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders
