About the Role

Canva is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and engagement initiatives in the Turkish market. This role is perfect for a marketer with deep expertise in paid social media, localized campaign execution, and a passion for scaling technology products. You'll play a key role in growing Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and revenue in Türkiye, working cross-functionally with global marketing, product, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Canva’s growth marketing strategy in Türkiye, aligning with global and regional priorities.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, with a primary focus on Paid Social (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and ad creatives.
• Act as the market expert for Türkiye, delivering insights and leading local growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across internal teams to develop and implement marketing plans, drive MAUs, and boost revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics like ROAS, payback models, and incrementality; iterate and improve based on results.
• Report progress and key insights to global stakeholders and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Support other marketing and growth programs as needed across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing within fast-growing, consumer-facing tech companies.
• Proven success managing and scaling paid social media campaigns and creative assets.
• Deep understanding of the Turkish market, culture, and digital landscape.
• Experience managing marketing budgets over $1M+, with a strong focus on ROI.
• Skilled in multi-channel growth strategies including paid media, PR, partnerships, organic, affiliate, and product-led growth.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator, able to work across time zones and remote teams.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
