• High-frequency trading (HFT) and prop trading firms
• Hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices
• Market makers, brokers, investment banks, fintechs

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Growth Campaigns & Strategy

• Design and run campaigns for existing VIP clients: lifecycle, product launches, competitions, and personalized initiatives
• Develop and execute client segmentation-based strategies to drive user growth
• Assist with cross-business-unit (BU) marketing initiatives

📊 Customer Experience & Optimization

• Analyze VIP client behavior and user journeys to suggest improvements
• Drive product feedback based on client interaction and experience
• Use A/B testing and frameworks to enhance campaign performance

📈 Performance & Data Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate campaign and user growth metrics
• Maintain a data-driven approach for marketing decisions

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years in growth marketing, preferably in trading, exchanges, or fintech
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms and user behaviors
• Experience in client segmentation and personalized growth marketing
• Solid analytical skills; comfortable using data to influence strategy
• Skilled in planning, executing, and evaluating performance-based campaigns
• Strong communicator and cross-team collaborator
• Knowledge of Binance products or other exchange platforms is a plus
• Understanding of crypto/blockchain terminology is a strong advantage
