As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, grow community engagement, and execute both online and offline strategies to boost user acquisition and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from planning to performance analysis
• Drive community engagement through social media, forums, and chat groups
• Manage KOLs, affiliates, and local events
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, marketing, and research teams
• Manage budgets, vendors, and event logistics

Requirements:

• 2+ years in community marketing or social media management
• 1+ year in event management (online/offline)
• Strong understanding of crypto trends and platforms like Telegram
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
