🎯 Responsibilities:

Execute marketing strategies across multiple campaigns from start to finish.
Continuously test and optimize new content, creatives, channels, and methods for growth.
Build and manage local social media communities (e.g., Telegram, Instagram, Facebook).
Moderate forums, chat groups, and local platforms to drive engagement.
Manage KOLs and Affiliates to grow brand presence and community strength.
Design and implement incentive programs to attract and retain users.
Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Research).
Organize online and offline events to promote user acquisition and branding.
Handle budgeting, vendor communications, inventory, and finance tracking for marketing events.

✅ Requirements:

2+ years in community management or marketing, especially in startup or digital spaces.
Experience launching community initiatives: forums, ambassador programs, newsletters.
At least 1 year managing events (online/offline).
Familiarity with Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and other crypto-relevant channels.
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency terms and market trends.
Flexible availability to engage with the crypto community across time zones.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
