🌍 Role Summary

This is a growth-focused, ops-heavy role centered on Binance’s P2P and fiat gateway services in Southeast Asia, with a heavy emphasis on the Indonesian market.

You’ll be building partnerships, engaging users, monitoring platform activity (especially on P2P), and driving sustainable regional growth by combining data insights, user behavior trends, and strategic execution.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

📈 Growth & Business Development

• Build/scale relationships with clients, agents, and partners in the region
• Plan and execute growth campaigns (online + offline)
• Acquire/retain users and increase trading volume

🔍 Operations & Platform Oversight

• Handle P2P disputes and troubleshoot user issues
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
• Perform in-depth market/user behavior analysis using regional data

🧠 Product Insight & Strategy

• Develop a deep understanding of Binance’s P2P and fiat onboarding products
• Work closely with the product team to optimize user experience
• Stay current on market trends, opportunities, and competitor insights

🎓 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in business development, growth, or ops (preferably fintech, crypto, or payments)
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (extra languages = bonus)
• Strong analytical mindset: data-driven decision-making is key
• Highly organized, results-oriented, with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
