🚀 About the Role

As Growth Regional Manager for the CIS/CEE region, you will drive Binance’s user growth and engagement strategies in Central & Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and CIS markets. You’ll lead regional marketing campaigns, optimize user conversion funnels, and act as a key regional voice for platform enhancements and customer journey innovation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth campaigns across CIS/CEE in collaboration with local and central teams to hit key KPIs (e.g. user acquisition, retention, and product usage).
• Launch lifecycle and product marketing initiatives to boost platform stickiness and reactivation.
• Drive A/B testing, user segmentation, and campaign personalization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze critical user metrics and translate data into actionable marketing and operational strategies.
• Enhance the user journey funnel (from KYC → Deposit → Trade), surfacing user needs and friction points.
• Collaborate with product, design, and UX teams to improve platform engagement and usability.
• Champion community feedback loops and regional insights to inform innovation and bonus systems.

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3–5+ years in growth, digital marketing, or lifecycle strategy roles.
• Experience with CIS/CEE markets (especially the Balkans), and strong grasp of regional culture and user behaviors.
• Fluency in English is required; Russian or Ukrainian is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, user funnels, segmentation, and campaign measurement.
• Proven track record of independently launching and optimizing high-impact growth campaigns.
• Passion for blockchain/crypto is highly valued; being a crypto native is a plus.
• Strategic, creative, and hands-on — you’re comfortable going from ideation to execution quickly.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and experience scaling platforms or userbases.
