📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regional growth campaigns with a data-driven and user-centric focus.
• Lead product marketing and user retention strategies across CIS/CEE & Balkans.
• Establish and optimize funnel conversion metrics – especially KYC → Deposit → Trade.
• Build automated user journeys, segmentation strategies, and A/B tests.
• Surface UX/product feedback to influence product design and marketing roadmaps.
• Monitor campaign results and share insights with regional and central stakeholders.

✅ Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking; able to connect data to actionable campaigns.
• Fluent in English. Russian/Ukrainian fluency is a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing full-funnel growth strategies and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with retention, reactivation, and growth hacks.
• Must be able to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Interest or knowledge in crypto/web3 is highly preferred.
