About the Role

As Head of SHx Markets, you will lead the SHx Markets team during a critical hyper-growth phase, overseeing liquidity management, market structure development, and institutional relationships to scale the SHx ecosystem. You will drive efforts to expand market makers, brokers, exchange listings, and partnerships while ensuring market efficiency and healthy liquidity for SHx.

This role is suited for an entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in FX, commodities, or crypto markets, and a strong network within institutional finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with market makers, brokers, OTC desks, exchanges, custodians, and institutional market participants globally.
• Lead the strategy and execution of SHx liquidity growth and market structure development.
• Guide the design of enterprise-grade infrastructure to attract and broaden participation in SHx markets.
• Partner internally with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and business development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Explore innovative liquidity partnerships and contribute to the development of both crypto and traditional market infrastructure.
• Represent SHx in deal-making, strategic partnerships, and market negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial markets, with specialization in FX, commodities, or crypto.
• 5+ years of management and team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development and strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of market structure, clearing, settlement, prime brokerage, and custody (traditional and digital assets).
• Proven negotiator with a track record of executing impactful partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.
