This role sits at the intersection of edtech sales, relationship management, and strategic rollout within universities and higher education institutions. You’ll own full sales cycles and post-sale adoption — driving both revenue and meaningful education outcomes.

đź”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Own full university account lifecycle (strategy → deployment → growth)
  • Collaborate with Higher Ed Advisors to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs)
  • Guide Single Sign-On (SSO) onboarding and deployment strategies
  • Foster long-term relationships with university admins, faculty, and students
  • Analyze user patterns to optimize adoption and engagement
  • Engage educational communities via webinars, social, and in-app campaigns
