HRC/EDD Manager - Global

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead the Global High-Risk Client (HRC) program and its SOPs.
• Own and oversee high-risk customer monitoring and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve HRC/EDD systems.
• Document and maintain global and local HRC/EDD requirements in coordination with local MLROs.
• Lead the customer risk scoring methodology and related metrics.
• Monitor global standards (e.g., FATF) and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Manage project prioritization and escalation processes related to HRC/EDD.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) experience.
• Industry certifications such as ACAMS or ACFCS.
• 4+ years of management experience, including managing high-risk customer periodic reviews.
• Strong knowledge of global CDD/EDD frameworks, AML/CFT, sanctions, and licensing related to crypto and financial services.
• Experience with complex beneficial ownership structures.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
