About the Role

Crypto.com is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Information Security Compliance Senior Manager or Director to strengthen our global and local compliance posture. In this role, you will lead key security compliance initiatives, ensure alignment with international standards and Korean regulations, and partner across business units to mitigate risk and maintain trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support compliance programs and audits including: ISO 27001/27701, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, KISMS, and others
• Conduct internal and external audits, privacy assessments, and risk management activities
• Respond to third-party inquiries and internal requests regarding security compliance
• Perform and manage periodic technical, organizational, and third-party risk assessments
• Recommend and track remediation efforts for compliance gaps
• Develop and enhance frameworks and controls to align with global and Korea-specific security/privacy regulations
• Identify process improvements to streamline security compliance operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security, privacy, IT audit, or IT risk management roles
• Experience in any of the following is a plus: ISO 27001/27701, SOC 1/2, PCI, KISMS, SOX, cloud technologies, or data protection frameworks
• Strong understanding of global and Korean regulations including PIPA, ICNA, Virtual Asset User Protection Act, and Credit Information Protection Act
• Relevant certifications highly preferred: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA, CIPT, or CIPP/E
• Experience working in fintech, blockchain, virtual assets, platform, or online services
• Project management experience and strong stakeholder communication skills
• Proficient in English with ability to collaborate with international teams
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing complex compliance challenges
