🧩 Position Overview
Role: Institutional Sales Manager
Team: Binance VIP & Institutional
Location: Mexico City (Remote role; global reach)
Employment Type: Full-time
Region Focus: LATAM, EU, and/or APAC
🌐 About the Role
This role sits at the core of Binance’s VIP & Institutional sales strategy, which supports elite market participants including:
- HFT and prop trading firms
- Hedge funds & family offices
- Market makers
- Investment banks
- Brokers and commercial banks
You will acquire, develop, and manage relationships with top-tier clients, driving trading volume, retention, and service excellence — all while acting as a strategic point of contact between Binance and its highest-value users.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong trust-based relationships with institutional/VIP clients
- Deepen client engagement through regular, high-impact communication
- Develop CRM-backed processes to manage client pipelines and relationship lifecycle
- Analyze client behavior to identify latent needs and inform product feedback loops
- Collaborate across departments (product, tech, compliance) to deliver client-centric solutions
- Attend/host events, represent Binance externally, and generate new business leads
🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- 3–5+ years in institutional sales, preferably in:
- Banking
- FX
- Brokerages
- Fintech or trading platforms
- Proven sales experience with KPI accountability (acquisition + retention)
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- History of autonomous work and managing your own book of business
- Strong client portfolio: HNWIs, institutions, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin) are a big plus
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and digital assets (hands-on or industry exposure preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with international teams
- Prior work in crypto exchanges or blockchain firms
- Ability to attend events or roadshows globally
