Job Title: Integration Solutions Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
Fintech seeks a detail-oriented Integration Solutions Analyst to support internal teams, clients, and third-party partners with technical inquiries and integration support. This role combines client service, technical troubleshooting, and file/data operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level II technical support for service offerings
- Support application setup, file mapping, data queries, and training
- Act as liaison between IT, Implementation, and clients
- Perform technical onboarding and support for file formats (EDI, XML, etc.)
- Resolve file transmission and application errors
- Document processes and update internal SOPs
- Recommend process and system enhancements
- Conduct quality checks and report improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in MIS/CS/related field or relevant experience
- 1–3 years technical support or integration experience
- Proficient in Oracle SQL/SQL Developer
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP, sFTP, etc.)
- Experience with ticketing systems a plus
