Job Title: Integration Solutions Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

Fintech seeks a detail-oriented Integration Solutions Analyst to support internal teams, clients, and third-party partners with technical inquiries and integration support. This role combines client service, technical troubleshooting, and file/data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level II technical support for service offerings
• Support application setup, file mapping, data queries, and training
• Act as liaison between IT, Implementation, and clients
• Perform technical onboarding and support for file formats (EDI, XML, etc.)
• Resolve file transmission and application errors
• Document processes and update internal SOPs
• Recommend process and system enhancements
• Conduct quality checks and report improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in MIS/CS/related field or relevant experience
• 1–3 years technical support or integration experience
• Proficient in Oracle SQL/SQL Developer
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP, sFTP, etc.)
• Experience with ticketing systems a plus
