🔹 Role Summary: Internal Audit Analyst

• Location: United States (Remote)
• Department: Internal Audit – Focus on SOX/ICFR compliance
• Level: Entry to mid-level (2–3 years’ experience)
• Compensation:
• 💰 Salary: $95,030 – $111,800 USD
• ➕ Includes target bonus, equity, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))

🔹 Core Responsibilities

• SOX 404 Compliance Audits:
• Plan and perform audits covering financial controls, including walkthroughs and testing for internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate across Finance, Compliance, IT, and with external auditors to support audit activities and resolve findings.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain clear audit workpapers, status trackers, dashboards, and provide regular updates to management.
• Issue Resolution:
• Identify audit issues and work with teams on root cause analysis and remediation strategies.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• Experience:
• 2–3 years in financial audit or accounting
• Experience with SOX, US GAAP, COSO, and financial operational processes
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

✅ Preferred:

• Big 4 audit background or public company audit experience
• Familiarity with testing financial controls
• Experience using data analytics tools (Excel macros, SQL, or data viz tools)
