Role Overview:

Lead client acquisition and portfolio management for Coinbase’s derivatives trading platform in Brazil. Drive growth with institutional and high-net-worth clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and enhance the product based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build awareness of Coinbase’s advanced trading and derivatives offerings locally.
• Acquire and onboard institutional and prosumer clients.
• Manage VIP client relationships and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and internal teams to improve offerings.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and optimize client experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years institutional sales experience in crypto exchanges or investment banks.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives markets and crypto trading.
• Proven portfolio management with institutional/HNW clients.
• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and collaborative.
• Proficient in English.

Preferred:

• Existing client network in trading/institutional space.
