Overview:

Coinbase is hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer to support its London office with technical troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, and systems administration. You’ll deliver hands-on support across platforms (macOS, Windows, mobile), manage SaaS tools, and contribute to process documentation and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware/software
• Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS
• Administer Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and Jamf
• Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows and support SaaS systems
• Create documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and vendors

Qualifications:

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting background
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Service Desk)
• Familiarity with networking, vendor management, and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and time management skills
