About the Role:

As an IT Support Associate (ChromeOS) at Discord, you will play a key role in enhancing the IT experience for employees across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include hardware and software support, system access management, and IT process development. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for IT infrastructure and user support. You will report to the IT Operations Manager and work onsite 2 days per week (increasing to 4 days for special events).

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced hardware support across MacOS, Windows, and Linux devices.
• Deliver expert software support for Google Workspace, Asana, Microsoft 365, JAMF, InTune, and other enterprise applications.
• Support and maintain ChromeOS and Chrome Enterprise solutions.
• Implement and maintain identity management systems and SSO solutions.
• Identify and resolve recurring IT issues to improve efficiency and reduce support tickets.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
• Contribute to strategic IT projects aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ChromeOS and Chrome Enterprise.
• Expertise in MacOS and Windows operating systems.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, JAMF, Intune, Okta, etc.).
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience with identity management systems and SSO implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
