About the Role

Join Discord as an IT Support Associate and help build a seamless work experience for a globally distributed team. This role is essential to ensuring that employees across 12+ countries can do their best work, every day. From supporting ChromeOS to driving smart lifecycle processes and solving complex technical challenges, you'll be the go-to person for making things work—and making them better.

As a hybrid role, you’ll be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working onsite at Discord HQ typically 2 days a week (more during company events).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide advanced IT support across MacOS, Windows, and ChromeOS platforms.
• Manage support for enterprise apps like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, JAMF, InTune, and more.
• Tackle high-priority tickets and serve as the final escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate on IT projects that enhance operational workflows and user experience.
• Maintain and improve identity management systems and SSO frameworks.
• Create documentation and optimize support processes to reduce recurring issues.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of progressive IT support experience, especially in ChromeOS/Chrome Enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in MacOS, Windows, and enterprise software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SSO/Identity management systems (Okta, InTune, etc.).
• Clear, concise communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with backend tools and a strategic mindset for scaling support.
