Compensation:

$100,000 – $112,500/year (Base salary) + equity + benefits

About the Role:

This role focuses on advanced end-user support, global asset management, and driving operational excellence in IT logistics at Discord. You’ll support a fast-growing team with a strong international footprint and have a direct impact on optimizing tech workflows and lifecycle processes across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert support for MacOS, Windows, and Linux devices
• Troubleshoot and manage tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, JAMF, InTune, Okta
• Manage and track global IT assets and physical goods logistics
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for complex tech issues
• Own and improve documentation and IT support processes
• Support and execute strategic IT projects

What You Should Have:

• 3+ years of IT support experience with growing technical responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage hardware inventory across multiple global locations
• Experience with IT ticketing and asset management systems
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT tools (Google Workspace, JAMF, InTune, etc.)
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
• Advanced spreadsheet/data tracking capabilities
