🔐 About the Role

Join a highly specialized Security Team recognized globally for its excellence in cybersecurity, certifications, and proactive threat management. As an IT Support Engineer, you'll contribute to Crypto.com's robust IT infrastructure and user support initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure operations across departments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for internal users including user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, and security-related admin tasks.
• Manage and optimize onboarding/offboarding processes, including laptop and account setup.
• Handle technical inquiries and support tickets within SLA timelines.
• Assist in physical office IT setups and maintain hardware/software inventories.
• Develop and implement access control workflows in line with internal security protocols.

💡 Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience preferred.
• Solid foundation in general IT operations and helpdesk support.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Identity Management Services
• Cloud computing tools (e.g., GSuite, O365)
• Basic administration of Windows and macOS/iOS
• Familiarity with endpoint protection and asset management tools.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience with office infrastructure setup is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is required; Korean is a bonus.
