About the Role

Join Binance as an experienced Solutions Architect focusing on Java Spring microservice applications. This remote role requires strong architectural skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Chinese to work with diverse, cross-functional teams. You’ll design scalable systems, collaborate closely with product and project managers, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java Spring microservice architectures
• Collaborate with product and project teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with company strategy
• Conduct architectural reviews and risk assessments, propose mitigations
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Work flexible hours to coordinate across different time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in software development and architecture, specifically with Java Spring microservices
• Excellent cross-team communication skills, able to explain technical details to non-tech stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Experience working remotely and in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
